Beethoven's 9th Symphony by Paul Rowland

Paul has sent in his rendition of Beethoven's 9th Symphony.

This is excellent Paul. You did a very good job.

Paul will be off to college soon to study music composition.

Wishing you all the best in your music studies. Thanks for sharing this with us.

Very nice rendering of the excerpt from the great 9th. I would love to hear that entire movement done up the same with GPO. I know that is asking a lot but you could pull it off given what you started here.

A fine effort, Paul; a respectable rendition of
an opening that even seasoned conductors will
    always break a sweat over.

This is an excellent way to discover the intimate
inner workings of the Masters... and at the same
time learn a great deal about the challenges and
    requirements of conducting and performance.

    Well done.

Very excellent realization of Beethoven's 9th. You have the GPO chops to make this piece sound authentic.

Good luck with your composition studies. I have a feeling that you will do very well.

Thanks for the kind words. After I get settled in my dorm room... and, hopefully, get finale 2007, I will get to work on the rest of that movement... at least up to where the choir comes in!! My vocal skills are not up to doing all those parts!!! LOL Of course if Gary make a choir library... and puts in a vocorder... and gives me one!! LOL Then I will be able to do those parts as well!! LOL

Seriously, I was wondering when we can expect GPOA to be released?!? How much will it be? Will I get enough warning to save up enough for it? Gary, inquiring minds want to know!!!

    Once again, thank you all!
