I messed up my back pretty bad lifting weights last December and someone said I should be doing Yoga, and I thought what a whimpy exercise program. WRONG! I have really enjoyed it and now do it 3 days a week in addition to running.
I have never done your posted exercise though It looks interesting and maybe I can add it to my routine.
Yoga is my most favourite exercise. It has man benefits to health. Regularly practising Yoga improves mental as well as physical health. It reduce the risk of heart disease and also lowers the cholesterol level. Yoga also helps in losing weight and maintain good healthy weight.
