    JABB accordion

Has anyone had a chance to play with the accordion in JABB? Believe it or not, that is my hot button on the library. If the accordion is good... sign me up. Any sound samples any where? Tom's stuff is all typical combo instrumentation.

I was also hooked by the accordion in JABB. Here is my work with the sound.

    I hope it helps.

Thanks for posting. That sounds great. Does the accordion have the bass samples with it (120 bass I hope ? Or just the melody side? And are there different shifts?

    Thumbs up Re: JABB accordion

Jun, that's awesome, you should get an Eiffeltowersmanship award or something for that one. If I had not already been convinced to get Jabb, this would have certainly done it.

I wish there was a harmonium too.. I haven't found any sample libraries containing a harmonium. It's rather often used in fold music (at least in Finnish). I couldn't listen to your accordion sample yet, so I can't say anything about it yet.

I am not knowledgeable about function of accordion. I used only melody side but the library also provides bass samples, I believe. In this particular tune, the accompaniment is performed by an organ from GPO.

    Thank you, Paolo.

Actually, I was not in Paris except 4 hours of transit...

Bubbagump. I used JABB accordion in one of my (unfinished) pieces. Click on my user name, go to "View Public Profile" and look in the player under public music for "No Title Yet". No where near Yun's piece but I liked the flavor it gave me at the time.
