    Kalipoo

    Short,easy little thing for two pianos, 4 hands. Either part can stand alone. Suitable for beginners in 3d or 4th years, I think. I just discovered it languishing away in the depths of my computer, having forgotten about it since I finished it a few months ago. Quite suitable for small hands. Not particularly adventerous. It is a fairly simple little crab canon, with each piano considered as one voice of the canon. I suppose there is a special name for such a thing, but I can't think of it now.

    The title comes from a story that I wrote for my children in 1964 or so. The sound comes from the GPO Steinway.

    Delightful!

    For a few moments I wasn't quite sure this
    was indeed your esteemed self, Richard; but
    the Wayland signature is clearly there.

    It may not be particularly adventuresome;
    but it's certainly most enjoyable!
