    Help Please - "Connection to Driver Failed"

    I just installed J&BB and get the following message in a dialog box when I try to run the stand-alone app.

    "Connection to Driver Failed"

    The app then immediately stops. The title of the dialog box lists AARK ASIO which I think is a driver for the Aardvark Q10 which I don't currently have set up.

    When I try to start Garritan Studio I get the same message.

    How do I change the software to look for a different driver?

    I have a Sound Blaster Audigy and have installed the KX driver.
    Thanks for any help.

    First, make sure you have the ASIO driver installed for your Audigy card. Then, if things are still hanging on the Aark driver I would suggest either:

    1. Temporarily activate the Aark soundcard so that it is functioning. Then you should be able to open JABB and choose the Audigy ASIO driver.
    2. Uninstall the Aark driver so that you have only the Audigy soundcard driver as a choice.
