    JABB + Strad Honeysuckle Rose

Here's my first attempt at using the Strad - roughly 3 hours after receiving it.

    Honeysuckle Rose

It's a rough try out at using Strad in a jazz environment.

Great fun, but shows that I need to learn how to play violin!!

    I hope you enjoy.

Richard. Tried for the longest time to listen to your honeysuckle rose but it just wouldn't play. Also tried your web site - no joy. Do ypu put anything on soundclick? Cheers, MD

    Richard,

That sounded fun. I think you've added a new instrument to your jazz arsenal.

As far as I can tell everything is Ok with the website - I don't know it doesn't appear to work at your end

Sorry - I don't use soundclick; however I have posted another copy on a different website here.

Wow Richard you cn really swing on those strings!

This is toe tappin fabulous! And only after three hours?

What a way to start on a new instrument. I'll be listening to this many times today.

Thanks for posting this and I hope if or when you're done we can post it on our site.

    Thanks Gary,

This really was just thrown together into the mincer to see what came out the other end !

If you want something like this on your demo page, I'll find a public domain tune (I think I've already found a good one) and work it up into a presentable demo as soon as I can.

    Thanks for the encouraging words

Wow, that Strad just nestles right in there,
happy as a clam... sweet work on this,
Rich -- a real pleasure to the ear. Liked
the mix on this quite a lot, too...

Looking forward to more of this!
