    Gary,
I tried to listen to them but both files have samples in them from some alien origin as if they didn't belong to your composition. Please have a look at them....

    Gary,

I listened to the final file and didn't hear anything that sounded like it didn't belong. It's a little far out for my taste. But the application of the GPO is good.

One of your most interesting pieces, Gary, with its
dense complexity in places, floating suspended textures,
and an undeniable underlying logic and impetus. This is
excellent work. There is courage, innovation, and risk
in it -- and to my ear, it succeeds admirably.

Re: PRELUDE AND CONCLUSION to NINE ELEVEN

My thanks to David, Gary and Raymond.
It's interesting to return to music I wrote prior to any composition lessons.
I can see that craft can turn noise into some kind of organization.
I'm going to take awhile to work on writing in various forms; trying ćo follow rules, etc.
Not a natural occurance on my part.
    Gary
