    Talking A pig is going.

This Japanese children's song is, I think, a good example of "anticlimax"

    http://jun.music.coocan.jp/music/but...hiwoyukuyo.mp3

    The lyrics is translated:

    A pig is going. Buncha-cha. Buncha-cha.
    A car is coming. Buncha-cha. Buncha-cha.
Because the pig doesn't want to die
he gets away of the car and going. Buncha-cha. Buncha-cha.

    A pig is going. Buncha-cha. Buncha-cha.
    A plane is coming. Buncha-cha. Buncha-cha.
Because the pig doesn't want to die
he gets away of the plane and going. Buncha-cha. Buncha-cha.

    The tune is made with:

GPO: Glockenspiel, solo violin, tronbones, tuba, and snare drum
    Theremin by Miquette
    Vocal by Ms. 404

After this piggy song, may I ask you something? Once I heard a "Koto" playing and it stroke me. The sound, the vibration, the sonority, really magnificent. Since then I am looking for professional performances with that instrument (solo). Hard to find.

Can you compose one for me ( and us) together with some GPO instruments?

Nicely done! It is not easy doing music for kids. You have to turn your brain inside out. I have some personal experience doing an intro for a kids TV show for cable years ago.

    Cheers!

    Raymond,

    Thank you for your listening.

Yes. I guess the pig is still going and cleverly avoiding any crashes.

Well, I do not have a near plan to compose something for Koto but here I can recommend some of very good recordings of the instrument. I can find them on Amazon Japan but I am not sure they are also available in Amazon U.S. For example, traditional tunes ASIN: B00016BAQQ and contemporary Koto music(25 string-koto) ASIN: B00005U26W both performed by Keiko Nosaka.

If you have any specific preference, I could point out other ASIN's too.

Thanks, DelCarry. That's true. Even in the framework of kid's music, the music can be (and should be) really creative.
