    GS3.21 cuts off the notes?

    hi,

since I've updated to 3.21 all my samples are cutted off in the length.
It is unbelieveable how many problems this GS3 could make.

Any suggestion how to fix this problem?

    Regards

Re: GS3.21 cuts off the notes?

Need more details of what is actually happening.
I have this version installed and have not had any problems.
When notes cut off what is the CPU usage?
How much memory is used when you load up your instruments?
How big are your instruments; size of file?
What is the speed of the CPU?
What operating system are you using?
    How much RAM is fitted?
How much Buffereing have you assigned to your sound card?
What type of hard drives are you using?
Do you have your samples and o/s on the same HD?
Have you converted all your instruments to giga 3.0 and updated the database?
How many notes have you assigned? If it is say 380, then set the slider to 370.

If you could fill in some of the blanks, listers might be able to offer some assistance.

    Cheers

When notes cut off what is the CPU usage? (really low)
How much memory is used when you load up your instruments? (haven't checked yet)
How big are your instruments; size of file? (depends)
What is the speed of the CPU? (3,3 GHz)
What operating system are you using? (XP SP2)
How much RAM is fitted? (2 GB)
How much Buffereing have you assigned to your sound card? (?)
What type of hard drives are you using? (Hitachi)
Do you have your samples and o/s on the same HD? (same)
Have you converted all your instruments to giga 3.0 and updated the database? (yes)
How many notes have you assigned? If it is say 380, then set the slider to 370. (what do you mean?)

Anyway the system was running before I installed 3.21 so I haven't changed
anything. This bug appears when I installed the new update.

Meanwhile I ordered GVi...maybe it will be getting better..

    Regards

    Bernd
