    How's Mr. Garritan feeling?

Get over the Phnewmollia yet? Ya know, there's an old sailer cure handed down by the whaler's of yesteryear.
Ya take a pinch of sea salt
add in a dash of blowhole squeezinzs
    some brine shrimp
    crushed coral
    a sea serpents tail
    one half a green banana
    naval button from an orange
    mix in warm ocean water
    heat to a medium boil
    let cool for six hours
then bathe in Orcas Island seaweed
pour mixture over your head and say,
    What the heck was that!

    Hope yar fellin' better mate!

    The sailer's cure is working...Aaaarrrgg

I think I'm getting over the worst of it. Some days up and other days not so up. But on the mend.

A Sunday chatner may be just the right remedy.

    Thanks for your concern.

Good to hear you are feeling better.

I don't know if works for pnemonia, but eating fresh Jalapeno peppers or Serano peppers really helps for colds and flu.

They have many times as much vitamin C as Oranges, and the capci-something, the chem that makes them hot, sends the vitamins directly to all the right places, sinuses and lungs, because it activates the production of phlem. I know that sounds kinda gross but it works.

It can defeat a cold or flu completely if you catch it early, creates an enviroment where the cold or flu can't survive, but if you already have one established it helps you to feel better and speeds recovery.

If not used to eating hot peppers, cut into small peaces and mix with food and eat bread to make the heat subside.

    Get well soon

I'm very glad to hear you are feeling better. I was worried you would have to cancel that important development you canceled last time when you canceled the cancellation of important developments that were about to be canceled.

I think he may still be delirious.

He keeps muttering something about Garritan sock puppets...

Take it easy and get well, my friend.
