Cubase crash results into a sound issue

    Hallo,

first of alll I want to thank you for taking time to help me.
Iam running Cubase SX 3 on Windows XP with a couple of VSTi.
Recently I started Cubase and Trilogy and it crashed.

Well, I saved the error log and restarted my system.
Afterwards I wanted to load my latest project and it didn't load any VSTi/VST.

Furthermore Cubase didn't even play any audio file in the project.
What could be the problem ?

Anyway, I started a new project lately and I loaded 3 VSTis....guess what....none of them worked.
Well, I checked whether my sound card could be the problem...but it's fine.

I can play/use my standalone vsti(s)....so it has to be a Cubase issue.

How can I fix it ?

    Greetings

    Hi j03x2,

Just a heads-up, this forum is geared more toward support and technical question for the program NOTION. You may find more assistance if you posted in a more broad and appropriate section of Northern Sounds.
