Thanks wrayer for writing the melody and thanks to Sean for organizing this and many thanks to the participants.

We'll keep the voting open for a couple of weeks.

Have fun and good luck to the entrants!

This was a hard one to decide. I had 3, 5 and 6 neck in neck, and ultimately went with #5.

I agree with Brian on this one. It is very hard to decide. I'll have to come back and listen again a few more time before I vote. One of them sounds like a forum member that I hope to encourage to enter a particular compitition. It you know who you are you need not tell me which piece but a yes. I'd like to see if I can recognize your style.

I'm blown away by #2. Reminds me a bit of Gil Evans like who is one of my favorite orchestrators.

Wow! Everyone keeps improving my leaps and bounds!

One of these days, I'll enter one of these challenges.

I'm having a very difficult time deciding between 2 of the entries... It may come down to eeeny-meeeny-miiiiny-moe

    Great Job Everyone!!

Thumbs up Re: Vote for the Orchestration Challenge 11

Very nice work everyone! I love to listen to the variety of styles. I'm also unable to decide and will have to listen these more times before voting.

Re: Vote for the Orchestration Challenge 11

Is this like prior competitions where each voter gets to vote one time, but can vote for up to three entries, if they want?

    Leaf,

No I think it's one vote. And a difficult one at that! Nice job everyone who entered.

--bump---This is really enjoyable, hearing all these different takes on the same theme. I find things to admire in all these posts. Such an excellent thing for this Forum to be doing. Hope we keep this "challenge" concept up for a long time.
