GS3 is no longer in my start menu

I don't know how it got erased. I have GS3 and the Giga Editor on my desktop but the Tascam folder is missing in my Start Menu.

I would like to rebuild it. Was it only the shortcuts to those 2 items?

If you actually haven't deleted the program it self it should be easy to recreate the short cut. I'm going to assume you are using windows XP.

Right mouse click on the start menu, a little popup menu should come up, choose explore.
You should now have a window open and this window is your start menu.
If you look around here you should recognize some items and a few folders. Right side you should see a "programs" folder. You can now create a new folder for GS3 or create a shortcut in the existing Tascam folder.
Right mouse click where you want to create a folder or a shortcut and choose "New" and then either "Shortcut" or "Folder". For shortcuts a window will pop up and ask you where the executable is. Just browse to the location where the GS3 program is. It's probably located in C:\program files\tascam\gs3.exe if you chose the default location.

I'm not worried about that. I have both programs in the task bar.

I was asking if there were other shortcuts in the start menu other than GS3 and Giga Editor.

Right click on the GS3 configuration manager in the start menu and select properties and copy what is in the Target and it post it here.

This is what I found in the "Target" line of the "Properties" listed for the GS3 Configuration Manager shortcut on my desktop:

    K:\WINDOWS\system32\rundll32.exe K:\TASCAM~1\nmshwdll.dll,GigaExternalControl config

    [all in one line]

Make what you will of it...
