    Electric cellist?

Anyone know of where I could find an eletric cellist? I was hoping one of the developers would produce a sampled version of the instrument.

Seems like it would be a popular instrument to sample.

    Thanks,

By putting effects on the Gofriller Cello one can acheive an electric cello sound. Here is a brief demo:

It sounds cool, but not like an electric cello to me

Yeah, thanks Gary, I think your demo sounded good, but I am looking for the more ethnic feel, aka black hawk down, the passion.

Maybe if it was just a few articulations with tons of phrases, there has got to be a market for it.

You're looking for an actual electric cellist, or a sample library?

The only electric cellists I can think of, off the top of my head, are:

    Tom McVeety

    David Darling

    David Eyges

    alanb,

I've given up on a sampled version. So, a cellist. I'm working with a very low budget, and would only need 1 min of the cello.
