GPO violin Solo - Some Notes Not Playing

I'm a little frustrated at this point. I have written a violin solo that any of my other software or hardware plays with no problem but with the GPO some notes (random - with no evident rhyme or reason but consistent) don't play. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Can you provide more details such as sequencer or notation program, computer type, processor, etc? This may shed some light on your issue.

This may be obvious, but notes that are outside the range of the instrument will not be played. Do you have some F#s below the treble staff programmed or notes a gazillion leger lines above the treble staff?
