    "A Bermuda Triangle"

    Hello, gang.

My latest effort, "A Bermuda Triangle" is a little overture for a short play of the same name. The story depicts a husband, wife and their best friend on a yacht, trapped in stormy seas. As the drama unfolds, it is revealed that the best friend and wife are in the midst of a love affair, thus creating a love triangle.

Honest comments always appreciated! Thanks for listening.

    Hi, Bermuda Flyer

Nice storm!--And what a clever title, with the double entendre of "triangle."---Um, this wouldn't be autobiographical would it--Bermuda, writing about Bermuda---?

SO brief!--But Very effective, and now I want to hear more. This is a non-musical play? But maybe there's more underscoring? I hope so!

    Thanks, Randy.

Objective was to write an overture to set the mood, and "get outta there".

My life isn't THAT interesting, btw, so it isn't autobiographical.

    Re: "A Bermuda Triangle"

I keep seeing a ghost ship appearing out of the mist with an undead accursed crew
Otherwise, the piece projects barrelfulls of troubled emotions, very fitting for the hubby's point of view.

Excellent tone-setting of a truly foreboding atmosphere in this,
Steve. Take it further! I was half expecting a blast of Wagnerian
brass angst right after the end, there... lol!

    My best,

Nice piece. Has a very dramatic Bernard Herrmann quality to it. Good job!
