    Guitar MIDI Controller...

    Guitar MIDI Controller
I would like to share it as an experiment on the MIDI Guitar Controller, that some of you might be interested on the Guitar composition, likes alternative MIDI controller, even for others such as String, Brass, etc and the Woodwind instruments?

I had fun more than 3 days for the first melody and arrangement in specific Guitars (instrumental). It depends on how much we want to deal with, more realistic performance as possible? The Roland Guitar MIDI controller can handles guitar’s scale/style/strumming naturally, which never be easy on Keyboard MIDI controller. However, it is time-consuming and guitar skills needed, but it must be very convenient for the Guitarist, at the end it's really worth for every minutes we’ve spent.

I was practicing a while and recorded a few MP3 takes here (5MB) for example, then went through the MIDI/Audio Editor (Sonar/Cubase) to get the final MP3 result here. (7MB)
It is not completed in the final mix, I still work on this song lyric, but just an idea and comment is welcomed!

    Arrangements:
It is Pop Ballad song, which consists the Nylon Guitar solo with other various (sample) instrumental accompaniments, such as Acoustic Guitar, Electric Guitar, Piano, Strings (GOS), French horn, percussion and other outboard synthesizer.

    My best,

    Long

    Cool, now it works.

    The guitar sounds good!

In this Song, have you recorded more instruments with this controller or only the guitar?

Thanks for listening with positive comment, Gunther!
Just for the Guitars at the moment!
I'm in process (Using Guitar MIDI controller) for other solo instruments like Violin, Flute, etc and clarinet. But for sure not for the Piano tracks, since I often play Piano rather than the Guitar.

    Regards,

    Long
