    Exclamation Disconnect your internet connection

It's that time again. Harry Potter Book 7 is just days away and some people managed to get ahold of the book early. Unfortunately, the book is now floating around the P2P networks (BitTorrent) and spoilers are becoming readily availible on the internet. I know several people on this site would prefer not to hear any spoilers so I'm providing this is a warning.

This topic is meant as a warning to the Harry Potter fans of this site. Please do not post (or link to) spoilers on this site or else I'll send my house elf after you.

    Re: Disconnect your internet connection

Thank you CJ. Some of us have been patiently waiting for ten years for this book. If it requires me to turn off my internet until I've read the book I will. I'll lock myself in my room if that is what it takes. In fact, I'm sending a family member to get the book for me.

    Re: Disconnect your internet connection

I was once teaching a daily class in a camp when one of the books came out (i think 4) --at the time, i hadn't read any of them, so i had no attachment to them. So this kid claimed he was sick for like 3 days straight so he could lay in his room and read it (his mother had it sent overnight right away when it came out). I remember joking about being tempted to get somebody on the loudspeaker and spoil the ending and just get this whole thing over with. But i guess in retrospect it's good we didn't do that, we'd have had a few hundred mopy kids (and counselors and maybe administration) for the rest of the summer. Of course, now i myself would be kinda upset if we would have done that.

It has a sort of a happy/sad ending. The war ends and everyone from the 4077th gets married, except Hawkeye.

I should have been specific: No Harry Potter Book 7 spoilers. Others are still fine.

Salieri kills Mozart... hmmm, I guess that's not a spoiler since it's the opening dialogue...
