    Vibrato

    I have sib4 and jabb and am wondering how I can add vibrato to my sounds?

    Rolifer,

    I'm not familiar with sib4 but vibrato in JABB is a combination of cc17 (speed)and aftertouch (intensity). Aftertouch should be varied as the note sounds. Most sequencers and Notation programs support adding these midi messages.

    Alternately the Performance Patches available here Mike's K2 Scripts
    will add user definable vibrato for you

    I don't work with a midi keyboard hooked up to my computer. I have Finale 2007c. How would I utilize a midi control like aftertouch?

    in sibelius I add a midi message of ~A0 for none or ~A127 for max vibrato

    MIDI Tool / Edit Continuous Data Then check Channel Pressure in the dialog Box tha pops up
