Prizes for Listening Room listeners: Fastlane, jaynkate01 and LouisD

The Listening Room has been quite active as more and more are you are sharing and listening to the music by so many of our talented members.

With nearly 41,500 posts in some 3,800 threads, the Listening Room is one of the most active places on Northern Sounds.

And this success is attributable to many of you who have shared your work - and more important, those who have commented, encouraged and provided sound advice.

We have been receiving some positive comments about several particular members who have been helpful listeners in the Listening Room. Some that deserve mention this time around are fastland, jaynkate01 and LouisD.

Fastlane, jaynkate01 and LouisD get free software or a library for being great listeners. Thanks for your constructive comments and helpful spirit in this forum.

There are several others who have been selected in the next round of winners. I'll wait and announce their names soon.

There are other good listeners who are worthy candidates. Keep on Listening and you can be an upcoming winner.

We'll keep on doing this from time to time.

I just noticed there is a separate thread here, so I would like to repeat my post from the one in the listening room:

I thank you for this Gary. I also say thank you for all the incredible amounts of beautiful music. This wonderful listening room is like a huge candy store where all the best candy is free, and I hope it can stay just the way it is forever.

I can only say that I feel truly honored to be part of this community. It is so much part of my life that I can barely imagine not being here every single day, even if it is from thousands of miles away. (I guess that qualifies me as a total "geek", if that is the right expression! )
