    "Gypsy Dance Number Two"

    Y'all,

I re-wrote my aggressive "Gypsy Dance Number Two" and Garritanized it with the Jazz And Big Band piano.

    My best to all,

    Hello Larry

I'm quite familiar with the gypsy-style music, but this is quite a nice piece for the piano. I would've preferred to have more instruments to this, since the sounds and melodies in this particular piece would've worked great as a chamber piece, IMO.

Was your first version written for piano too?

Yes. I may consider expanding it at a later date.

Thank you very much for listening.

Don't you love that JABB piano, Larry? This piece
    most definitely thrives on it!

Thumbs up Re: "Gypsy Dance Number Two"

I agree! JABB's Steinway is my favorite piano, this beautiful piece shows it off very well. Nice work Larry, i didn't hear #1, but #2 is great. Enjoyed listening very much.

    Hi, Larry

Really great use of the wide, stereophonic JABB piano. Its aggressiveness matches your "Gypsy Dance" very nicely.

I love the piece, and I too vote for expansion into at least a small ensemble piece--Don't forget the Tambourine if and when you do that!

    Thanks!

It sounds like your fingers slipped a bit in one place at the start and there were a couple of false endings also.

    Aren't I observant.

    I did enjoy your dance.
