    Question OT-Question ponder ...

If you had the chance to go back and relive a time you favored above all else, when would it be and why? (in music or other)
For me, it would be when I first laid eyes on my first, no wait ... that was another time. Let's see ... oh yeah, when I was in college ... ah, nope ... not then either. I'll think of it sooner or later.
    How about you youts?

For me it would have to be the years between 1982 - 1987 when I was making a living solely from playing music. I miss the gigging, the tours, being mobbed by fans...

    Are we talking
    1) relive the good times, then all the times from then till today
    2) relive the good times and go back to today instantly
    3) relive the good times ad infinitum, Groundhog Day style?

    (either way, I'm not sayin'

None. I am quite happy now, having done what I've done, having learned what I've learned, loved who I still love........ and if so, would you do it different?

hahaHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAA! OH MAN, Ern, you almost made me relive My first tinkle right here in my office chair!

And I was all ready to get heavy and philosophical about what favorite time besides right now I'd re-live--Aaaah forget it, I just wanna laugh some more.

    I'm drawing a blank.

EDIT: Actually, it would have to be the time when I won the Oerlein Award. Completely shocked me and my sponsor when I won it.

I don't know about wanting to relive it, but it certainly was a milestone moment:

The birth of our first child; made me realize for the first time in my life how much my own Dad loved me, and how much God loved me, just because.

Also made me glad I wasn't a woman!

Well, if we are considering specific experiences, I couldn't say; that is, I couldn't say it here.

If we are considering an era of our lives, I could say it, but won't, out of fear of being understood.

Ern just about had a moment he wouldn't want to relive.
