Another fantastic review! For a fantastic product!

The full review is a good read, though they term the library and Asian sample library, when The Fujara, Koncovka and Kaval are East European.

Great read though and does the library justice.

I'm also curious which bit of Asia, Australia lies in?

I thought the "Asian" reference was a bit weird too... especially when the reviewer then goes on to mention which parts of the world the instruments are all from.

Anyway, glowing review full of praise for Bela D Media... it's all good.

    Hi Ben,

Just to answer to question of Australia.

Australia is also known as Australasia because it also includes, New Zealand and other islands in the Pacific Ocean including Papua New Guinea, Fiji etc. It is also in the region of Indonesia.

    I hope that helps

Yes I suppose it incorporates Asia and the Pacific as a generic region.
But a didgeridoo is hardly what I think of as an "Asian" instrument.

Me neither, but then recently I have found out that there are similar instuments in parts of Siberia, in North East Russia, and in parts of Africa.

The African instrument is very similar in appearance, ie, A wooden tube which is naturally hollowed by Termites it is also a similar length to some Didgeridoo's.

I think you are absolutely right! I should have also referred to other instruments as being European and Eurasian. I think I got caught up in the overall feel as being predominately Asian, but meant no disrespect to a particular culture. : )

hi, i'm an australian, but our PM, John Howard, would like us to be part of the USA.
not all aussies share this view.
    i'm one.
the way the US govt acts these days, they come on looking like a bunch of bullies.
    Bush is in Sydney, atm.
can't wait til he's gone, and can't wait til we get a new govt here.
    one that's
    not so US centric.
