How Well Does MusicXML Import and Export Work in Notion 2.0?

I am interested in purchasing Notion 2.0 but first I need to Know how well MusicXML import and export work?
I work with Finale 2008 and Sibelius 4 and have a large number of Finale 2008 files to import.
    Any advice would be appreciated.
I asked for the Notion 2.0 demo but it is unavailable at the moment.
It may not allow a full test of MusicXML anyhow.
I don't know why it is unavailable.
    Thanks,

    Derek,

MusicXML import behaves pretty much the same way as in Finale and Sibelius. There almost never is a 100% transfer through MusicXML in any application, especially if the score is big and complex. However you should expect to get results similar to those two applications.

Re: How Well Does MusicXML Import and Export Work in Notion 2.0?

I've had decent success with Notion 2x.
My last project went from Pro Tools MIDI> MIDI import into Notion (String Parts)
Then Notion M-XML to Finale 08 (Additional sting libraries)
Then Finale MIDI back into Pro Tools for synth production and MIDI note storage.

This actually worked quite well. Laying off the Notion strings as a stereo .wav file. Finale K2 lay offs in real time locked to time code (The K2 Save special in Finale never fully rendered without some digital artifacts) I used a separate MOTU 896 for the patch into Pro Tools.
Double checked and adjusted as needed Clave Cue markers.

(In Notion I duplicate the N-tempo with a Clave instrument for timing. This wave file rendered separately. Mixer solo then mute
