    "Flute Of The Loom"

    Y'all,

This is my recently (today) re-written "Flute Of The Loom". All instruments are from the GPO sample library.

I suppose that tonality is still alive. You can judge for yourself. I hope that you like it.

In spite of the difficulty of the flute part, it has been played by a live human being-type person.

    My best to all,

    Larry

Nice you've said that. How about that human being-type? Is it looking like a human being? Is it a human being? Or does it has just two legs, two arms, and a flute? <biggest grin>

Very Alexander-esque. Haha. I can almost predict what your pieces will sound like because I've been listening to your stuff for over a year now. Haha. Very cute though. I love the flute. As you may or may not know, I love the ww trios of Oboe, Clarinet, Flute. Awesome stuff Larry, and that you always have such a great chord structure, and you know what the music is so quickly. That's the part I as a young writer struggle with so much, is knowing sometimes where the music is going harmonically.

Very lively. I like it. For some reason the melody makes me think of Danny Elfman.

"Yes, Virginia, there is a tonic-dominant relationship!"

I know you've always wanted to say that, Larry; but
    were too polite.

Nice job on this, Larry, as always when you touch that flute.
I hope you don't put Mozart out of a job.
