The best-seller Virtual Instrument in Japan

Now, a surprising incident is coming up in Japanese musical software market. A virtual instrument accumulated a backlog of over 3000 orders in two weeks according to an industry journal. It's called "Hatsune Miku", a virtual female singer developed by YAMAHA. It sings if it were human to my ears.

Wow, that's amazing. How much are they selling for?

Can you get her to sing in English, with a heavy Japanese accent?

I googled her name, well check this out:

She has a cute voice that sounds like a child, but hopefully they will have it available in many voices because some things would need to maybe be... less cute.

They are selling it for about 150$ (16000Yen). She sings nicely in Japanese, but not very well in English. Her age is sixteen as YAMAHA puts it. She is a kind of "Moe" character.
