How do you use midi Channel [B] 1 on the KP2 in Sonar?

The new Kontakt Player for GPO can hold up to 64 insruments (1-16, 17-32, etc). When setting up instruments on the 17th slot, then its midi output is assigned as Channel [B] 1 on the player. Does anyone know how I can point a Sonar track to that (or any other track above 16) output? At the moment I can only see 'none' and channels 1-16 on the output list in Sonar.

You can only do this in the standalone player. The VSTi only uses 16 MIDI channels on Channel A. You'll need to insert another instance of the player for more MIDI channels.
