Someone on another forum posted a link to a page on Dr. Brian Blood's "Music Theory & History Online" course. It consists of 44 lessons covering a wide variety of subjects and seems very thorough (for an online course). It uses Scorch examples and audio.
Lesson 21 was the one mentioned in the post. It's a nice explanation of instrumental articulations and their notation. Might be helpful to those of you who use notation programs.
