    Clarinetto - piccolo

Studying the score of Prokofiev's 4th I saw this instrument:

Clarinetto Piccolo stated at the beginning of the scorelines

but in the instruments list at the very beginning of this scorebook:

    Clarinet in Eb
    2 Clarinets in Bb
    Bass Clarinet in Bb

is this Clarinetto Piccolo the same as Clarinet in Eb?

Even in my book of Orchestration I can't find a definition of this instrument (=Clarinetto Piccolo).

The clarinetto piccolo is either the D or the Eb one. Clearly the latter in this case.

Technically, "piccolo" just means "small". The instrument we know as the "piccolo" is really the "piccolo flute". Although it isn't standard terminology, the Eb clarinet is undoubtedly what was intended.
