    Lost Registration Upon Updating to 2.2.4

    I just updated Kontaktplayer to the new version 2.2.4.

    Now when I load the player the about box shows my license type as unknown.

    I have run the Service Center again and it does not show any thing about authorizing the player again nor does it show any additional updates available.

    Anyone have any idea what is going on with this?

    So does mine (2.2.3) and it has been doing it for months. It doesn't mean a thing.

    It is not the player you buy a license of, it is the library.

    What is bothering me is that with 2.2.3 my license type was "full" now after updating to 2.2.4 it is "unknown."

    That has never happened to me with any other NI products in the past (and I have many of them).

    Maybe I should clarify something: I assume KP2 has shown "unknown" for months, because it has been installed for months and I haven't run Service Center for a long time.

    I wouldn't worry about this.
