Real Guitar users. Is it possible...and if so, how?

I want to sequence a guitar part that is played similar to the mp3 below. Can this be done with Real Guitar, or am I asking too much.

    Thanks

I don't know what you want to do here, are you saying that you want to copy that guitar sound using keyboards or by using a real guitar?

Yes, it can be sequenced with RealGuitar. Will it be 100% realistic, no... but it can be pretty good. And it may take a decent amount of work, but RealGuitar definitely makes sequencing a guitar part easier than other virtual instruments.

Phil, Real Guitar is a guitar sample software instrument. A very good one. I see how it could be conufsed from my post

I just need to demo a song I'm writing, then I'll get a real player for the part when I finish the production.

I found I could get fairly close by using 2 instances. One in chord mode and one in solo mode. It will do for now. You're right, though tfish, it will take some work.

    Thanks!

Sequencers are great, a lot of them can sound very realistic, but as for the guitar part, I don't think you're right by using a real guitar for the final recording.

I've did a short cover of "shape of my heart" with real guitar a time ago. I didn't know anything about the plug-in then but it still sounded ok i think.

It's a cool plug-in.. u can bend and glide strings pretty realistically (not just some pitch change).

    Gd luck!

That is a very nice job on the Sting tune. If I had cash I would be shelling out for this program.

    keysersozeh,

Sounds good, but it's more of an arpeggiation than the type of playing on that song.

I fooled around with a couple instances of the plug in. One in chord mode and two in Solo mode. Came up with this quickie :

Not great, but close enought o demo a tune. It would take some work to do a whole tune with some finesse.

    Cheers
