Didier's Composition in Super Bowl Commercial

A composition of one of our forum members, Didier Rachou, is being features in a commercial in tomorrow's Super Bowl. Didier wrote the music for "Breathe Fire" for Bud Light which will air during this year's Super Bowl on Feb.3..

In this commercial;, Bud Light claims to give people the ability to breathe fire -- but something strange happens when two people are out on a date.
The Super Bowl is the pinnacle of advertising. The cost for a 30-second spot on the game, which is routinely the most-viewed television broadcast of the year, has been reported as high as $2.7 million. I hope Didier receives a nice slice of that.

Congratulations Didier. Having your music heard by 130 million viewers is quite an extraordinary accomplishment!

I could not thing of a more deserving composer and wish many more successes to follow!

    All the best,

    Gary Garritan

Thumbs up Re: Didier's Composition in Super Bowl Commercial

    Congrats to Didlier!!

By my calculations, if the commercial is worth 2.7 million, then Didlier's music should be worth about between 1 and 1.5 million. Don't believe me? ...when the commercial comes on, turn the sound off and you'll see what i mean.

Can anyone here youtube the commercial in case anyone misses it?

My congratulations as well, Didier. It's nice having some people hear your music but to have 130 million hear it. WOW, Super!!

    Congratulations Didier,
I suspect the only way to get superbowl over here is to have satellite tv, which I don't, but I'll certainly watch for the commercial on youtube. That's some achievement.
