I wondered whether anyone would be able to offer some kindly advice on an issue I'm having with Logic.

I'm running GPO (Kontakt Player 2) in Logic 8 on a new Intel iMac running Leopard. MIDI note data is being correctly sent along the specified channel from Logic to GPO. However, any edits I make to controller data (in, say, the Hyper Editor or Piano Roll) on one track are being applied to the other tracks too - even through I'm directing them to the correct channel. For example, if I have a violin and cello loaded into an instance of GPO (channel 1 and 2 respectively) and alter the panning of the violin in the Hyper Editor, the panning of the cello changes too. As a workaround, I tried dragging and dropping new CC values onto knobs on the GPO interface, but trying to control these from the Logic host only works intermittently.

I don't understand why notes are being directed along the correct channel but CC events aren't. They are all just MIDI events, no?

Is this a bug or am I missing something?

I'd be grateful for any advice. I'm tearing my hair out!
