    "Sneaking Around"

Haven't been here in a while, but I wanted to drop by and say HELLO! I also wanted to get some feedback for this chamber piece. When I composed it, I imagined a humourous movie scene with two burglars sneaking around somebody's house at night while the family slept Hope you enjoy it!

Harry Potter-esque. I pictured a kid in an invisibility cloak sneaking around the castle at night. Verry cool stuff. I love this. It's just so cute!

I can see this as you imagined. As long as it is a comedy with lots of stupid moves on the part of the burglers. As Tuba said, it does have a Potteresque feel to it as well.

    Neat set up and sounds.

    Well done

Great work Captain..! at the beginning it sounds like the little rascals on christmas time!.. I like the way you managed the coordination of this composition.

Hey Captain! Good to see you back onboard (so to speak).

Very well done -- creative orchestration that fits the "scene"
quite well. I like the use of percussion in this, too; just
    enough, not too much.

    Keep it coming!

    Re: "Sneaking Around"

Neat fun - Some "Never-Never Land"-ish music from Captain Hook!

Definitely in the modern film fantasy "Potteresque" mold. The style is emulated with much success I should say.

"...a humorous movie scene with two burglars sneaking around somebody's house at night while the family slept..."

--right. It's always a laugh riot, thinking of thieves breaking into a house and robbing people blind while they sleep.--

hehe---I know what you mean. In a comical movie, with bumbling crooks (Tambourine and other crashes in your music), then the more horrific real-life-counterpart of that scene isn't evoked. No problem.

    Really enjoyable music cue--Thanks!

    Captain:

Very well done. I can very well imagine the "sneaking around"
in this music episode. Good instrumentation to carry it through
    and very nice rendering.

    Re: "Sneaking Around"

Wow! Thank you all for your glowing comments! Yeah, I meant the humor as in the "Home Alone" type tomfoolery buglers If I were being robbed, this isn't the music that I would hear in my head- it would sound more like Witold Lutoslawski's String Quartet no. 1

Once again, I thank you all for taking the time to listen and to comment!
