    Lightbulb "Cleopatra"

"Can you make gold?" Asked King Gore.

    Cleopatra part 1

    video novel: "CHATEAU TALBOT 1666"

    Scene 6.

"Can you make gold?" Asks king Gore.
"Of course, I have some red powder here in my pocket that I use to make pure gold with. I made gold many times when I was in Moravia visiting king Rudolf!" Says Orgando and starts to speak a strange language that the king has never heard before.
"I can give you a brand new wife also if you want, look in the red crystal hanging there!" The king looks at the shining colours that are pulsating from the center of the skryer glass. A tall, dark beautiful woman appears right in front of where the king is standing.
"Do you want more women?" Asks Orgando with a wicked smile on his thin lips. Gore is silent and touches her long black hair to see if it's real.
"By Hekates tree and Pluto's blue fire, She is the most beautiful woman I have ever seen!"
"Well, my king! I have brought you the legendary Cleopatra! And I'm not kidding!" Says the little dwarf.

    It works. (The link)

Very cinematic. That is what you are usually going for right? Well this works very well.

There are some great riffs in this for the bassoon!

Is that a pair of harps I hear?

Whatever it is, it sounds neat.

    Well done

A dwarf, a lascivious king, resurrecting Cleopatra, magic
powder, crystals... you know, Fredrik, this is the kind
of surrealism that deserves to be staged at the Metropolitan
    Opera! They'd love it.

So did I. This grand, broad writing.. Wagner meets Bach
on a streetcorner and they whisper secrets about Bruckner
and read scores by Gesualdo over a glass of a fine Merlot.

I look forward to how this grand adventure unfolds!

    My best,

    Thumbs up Re: "cleopatra"

    Fredrik,
That music is great! I also loved the bassoon, very very nice.

The story is also great and leaves you wanting to see/hear the rest. I agree with David, Metropolitan Opera materal! With dwarves like that, you would never need a genie in a lamp.

    Hi David,

Yes, it's time for high adventureand you have already written a grand review for it!

Have done some minor improvements on "Cleopatra - part 1" to increase the dramatic effect!

    Cheers,

    Fredrik
