    Chris Hein at Musikmesse 2008

For those of you who are at Musikmesse 2008 in Frankfurt,
would be great to see you at my booth at Best Service Hall 5.1 A71

I would like to show you the new Update for Chris Hein Horns Vol.1
and my new Library: Chris Hein - Horns Vol.2
We have created scripts for both libraries with features you haven't seen before.
An intelligent programming to achieve a new dimension of flexibility and playability.

CHH Vol.2 will be a large brass library with 16 instruments
    4 Trumpets, 6 Saxophones, 6 Trombones.
More instruments will be available later as sigle instrument updates.
All instrumets where played by highly professional players, actually three of them got a Grammy last year.
But the special thing is, that each instruments was recorded on the same track while listening to the others.
This makes a huge different when combining them to a section, which is the focus of the whole library.

    Here is a little preview:

All instruments are recorded and edited, release will hopefully be in June 2008.

Off cource, Chris Hein - Guitar and Chris Hein - Bass will also be shows in details.

hope to see some of you in Frankfurt,

    Chris Hein

I have so often said this....., that this is the best way to record, because all musicians are always listening to the others and play more than only 12 tones in an octave ... .

    Very cool, Chris!

    See you at Musikmesse 2008.

That's an interesting idea Chris, recording each instruments while listening to the other.

So much of a brass sections sound is the way that the instruments "gel," and normally you are either stuck trying to make sampled solo brass instruments blend together properly, or you are limited to an inflexible brass section patch.

Just a little OT, does any of the brass section stuff in the Kontakt 3 "band" disc come from CHH Vol 2, or is it all from CHH Vol 1?

Anyway, the new CHH Vol 2 demos sound really good. Good luck with the new library.

    Ben H
