Is now the time for Great Britain and The USA (and anywhere else) to say to China - none of our athletes will be taking part in your games this year.

The pollution of waters in China is said to be at drastic levels!

I agree with you Paul. I feel that the only pressure that China will give in to is economic - and they stand to rake in lots of money by hosting the Olympics. If the athletes and the spectators don't show up or threaten not to show up maybe they would do what they should do.

    Take Care,

And to that, China will respond, "none of our money will be taking part in your banking system and government loans this year."

How did we get so dependent on China? Could it be that Barbara Bush is the Queen of Diamonds?

BTW, George W. Bush "is the kindest, bravest, warmest, most wonderful human being I've ever known in my life."

Ahhh! I see. I also see that one of your ladies from the House of Representatives (sorry, I can't remember her name) has come out in strong support of Tibet today on the news here.

Tibet is hardly a threat to anyone. I would boycott as from now - but these athletes make a lot of money.

The Olympic Games are more about politics than sport.
