AUTHORIZED STEINWAY Beethoven Sonata No 30

Here is the first movement of Beethoven's Piano Sonata No 30.

    Enjoy.

Nicely done, Bill. I have to say, this is not a sonata I have ever played but it is really a charming piece, isn't it. I thoroughly enjoyed listening to your rendition and I eagerly await the remaining movements. Thanks for sharing your work.

I'm still waiting by the door for my Steinway to arrive. In the meantime, it's refreshing to hear what others, like you, are doing with it.

Beautifully done, Bill! It's one of those New England
spring days captured in a blanket of fog, and the almost
dreamy quality coincides with this gentler side of
    Beethoven.

I like the interpretation on this, the clarity and
simplicity that does not pretend to lend the piece any
implications it does not intend... but lets the music
speak for itself. Too often, to me, this piece is
"overplayed", and loses so much of its charm and luster
    because of it.

And the Steinway -- the broad concert hall feel of this
rendering brings forth the tender side of this gorgeous
    instrument perfectly.

This was a real pleasure to the ear for me, Bill...
looking forward to much, much more from you!

    All my best,

    David

It's hard to go wrong with Beethoven. Great sonata, and it really shows off the Steinway. Makes the wait for my copy to get here ever so slightly more difficult.

    Nicely done.

I like your interpretation of this. Sounds great on the Steinway. Any chance that the other 2 movements are on the way? The last might be a little work but would give a great taste of what all the Steinway can do.

This rarely heard sonata has been a life long favorite of mine.

I have so many projects going right now, I haven't any idea when the other movements will come.

The anticipation! I can tell you Garritan Authorized Steinway is everything it's advertised to be. You're gonna love Aria and especially love hearing a Steinway come from your speakers.

    Bill:

    Wonderful sound Bill.

The tones are so full and round and the phrasing is very
    evident.

Very enjoyable listen. Awaiting the next movement.
