Question Velocity for GPO woodwind instruments ???

I'm using now 2 woodwind instruments: BB Clarinet plr1 and Bassoon 1plr1.
In the manual it says that their velocity levels can be controlled.
But when I make velocity changes the notes don't seem to be affected at all...!
    Why is that?

Velocity affects only the sharpness of the tongued attack for woodwinds, not dynamics. CC#1 is for dynamics.

If you are making the velocity change (attacks) on a sequencer, make alter them using cc#1, if you are making the attacks in a notation pgm, make the smart shape be controlled by cc#1 or cc#7 (vol) kp2 will recognize either one however, cc#1 (mod) also changes timbre and is likely to produce a brighter sounding sharp attack than cc#7. Good luck,
