    Re-installing GPO and GJBB; am I registered?

    I'm in the process of moving to a new audio machine. I've installed my copies of GPO and GJBB, registered and applied the various updates. On the NI Service Center, it shows GPO, GJBB and Kontakt Player 2 as being Authorized, but GPO KP2 and GJBB KP2 as being "Not Activated". When I try to activate them, it says my Serial numbers are incorrect.

    Do I need to upgrade something to use the KP2 versions, or am I already OK, or what?

    When you download the upgrade from KP1 to KP2, you also need to get a new serial number. The serial number is downloadable from the same page that you get the KP1->KP2 update. It is described as:
    "Serial number for Garritan Personal Orchestra Kontakt Player 2: Click the What's this/Info link!"

    As the description says, you need to click on the "What's this/Info" link to get the serial number.
