After doing more listening I believe this could be a Yamaha or Fazioli (Both have certain similarities in the sound colour)
There are 3 questions i hope everyone can give their take:
1. Based on the audioclips, which piano brand produces such a sound?
2. What kind of mic-ing and ambience is this? (Close perspective?)
3. Based on 1 and 2, what would be a good piano library to recreate such a piano?

yah but sometimes, with the right music, that's the exact sound you want! Sometimes, I detune (with a plug-in) a piano sample down an octave, throw in some light distortion and heavy compression, and run through a icy reverb. Sounds like the undead playing piano, and it's simply lovely!
