Atmosphere chart, or some other method of locating patches?

Say you remember the name of a paticular Atmo patch - one that you used the other day, but did not save. How do you go about finding where it is? Is there a chart, or some other way of finding it, w/o, of course, searching thro every patch in every menu?

    Thanks in advance.

You could get Omnisphere and type the name in the search field. :-)

    Sorry....couldn't resist. :-)

You could update Atmosphere and add a feature that enables the user to type the name in the search field. :-)

So O has all of the same sounds as A?

Sure does. Omnisphere is the successor to Atmosphere.

All the Atmosphere sounds are included, and many in enhanced versions.

Atmosphere will be discontinued after Omnisphere is released in September.

There of course will be a great upgrade deal for Atmosphere users (even for customers that just purchased it). Details to be announced in September.

Ah! I thought O was a completely new set of sounds. Guess i was wrong.

Cool - so us A users can ditch A in favor of O w/o losing anything....cool.

    Cheers.

Omnisphere is indeed a completely new instrument with a massive new library of sounds.

It also includes all of the original Atmosphere sounds, plus the best of the Spectrasonics libraries....so it's just massive!

The only thing you'll need to hang on to the Atmosphere plug-in for is previous song compatibility, since Omnisphere is a new plug-in and therefore doesn't open up older songs that used Atmosphere.
