Well, my experiment with organ music continues. The latest:
Sambilly Organ Nr 2
An experiment beautifully created and performed!
I'm not a huge fan of organ works but one of my favorites is:
Cesar Franck: Piece Heroique
Much enjoyed Richard!
"...Wiktor's a Jekyll-Hyde personality..." - Lycos Musichttp://www.miserymadebeautiful.com
I found this piece quite enjoyable with many interesting textures. About one-quarter the way in and then a bit after half-way I like the way the parts weave around each other. At other times there is a sustained bass and the upper parts ripple fluidly creating a different but equally intriguing texture. The piece does hold one's interest.
A very successful experiment.
I do like your piano pieces, but I think I like your organ pieces better.
The instrument just follows your ideas so well.
"Reality is merely an illusion, albeit a very persistent one." Albert Einstein
A superb modern work for the venerable pipe organ,
Richard... quite idiomatic for the instrument, and
a satisfying, enjoyable listen!
All my best,
Very virtuosic, but not overtaxing. Pieces written for organ in a
modern idiom is something I haven't been following, but I can
say that yours is very easy to accept and listen to more than
Well-written, performed and rendered..........

Hey, this reminds me a little of the beginning of an old Led Zeppelin song.
I thought you looked familiar!
Kidding aside this is really a magical piece. If your ever up here in Washington State to give a cathedral organ recital I'd like to hear it done live.
