    Have you checked out DiscoverySound?

    www.discoverysound.com/en

It's a Japan based company and they have lots of ethnic samples from Japan and elsewhere.

The Shaku on Bela D media's Spiritual Winds by Eduardo Tarilonte is stunning, but that library only has one of the instruments that you are looking for..

I'd also highly recommend EthnoWorld 4... and take a peek at soniccouture.com for some cool and brilliantly-sampled asian instruments.
