    Re: S.O.S from Iceland

I discussed this with my wife and I mentioned how good your photos are. We both really like the idea of supporting the forum help-each-other-when-chips-are-down culture. So we will probably purchase something there.

    Paypal is fine.

The emails are not paypal's fault. Here in Australia we get bogus emails purporting to be from banks. That doesn't mean the banks are dodgy...

Although, come to think of it, the banks might be dodgy after all.

Who would have thought we would be having a conversation like this?

Ern, I'm afraid of using that because that could end up frozen in the system here in Iceland.
I know, I get also many fake paypal emails but still love paypal - its my best friend today hehe... Also if you pay through the Imagekind order process (if you don't want bigger than 60"x40") then you are 100% secure.

Thank you and looking forward to know what photo you choose.

I ordered a print of this picture. I think it'll look great in my studio, which is painted green.

I may order some cards later. I love your photos.

Stefan, i pray that your situation, and all of Iceland, improves.

Those are some amazingly beautiful landscapes, i'll be ordeing some tommorow. Are all the ones on the first link available in large prints??

I'll also show this thread to my sister and my nephew. They will love the pics, she lived in Iceland for many years and my nephew was born there, in or near Reykjavik.

Hello David (Leaf), all photographs you see on www.icelandphotoblog.com I can make available if requested. Some of those are already available at http://falconcreations.imagekind.com - if not just send me request and I will make it available ASAP.

I will be away from computer until tomorrow night, so new requests will be fulfilled when I'm back.

Ah nice, where did she live in Iceland?

    Thanks!
    Sincerely,
    Falcon1

Hi stefan, They lived in Reykjavik or near there, wherever the US Navy base is (or was) located, i'll have to ask her. They then lived in some city that sounds kinda like Reykjavik but starts with something that sounds like Czec, i don't know how to spell it, is there one called Czeklavik?

edit:, i found it. it's Keflavík, i don't know why i remembered it wrong.

The address you showed has "AT" instead of the usual "@" symbol, is that the way Icelandic web adresses are formated, or did you mean "@"?

    David

PS: if you have an unfamiliar keypad and unsure where @ is at , you can copy and paste it from my post.

Probably just avoiding spiders. If the "@" is used, spambots will find it, recognize it as an email and SPAM SPAM SPAM.
