I've called. (twice) I've emailed. (twice) I've posted here. (three times in the same thread) I've posted on the DUC. I've looked in your knowledge base. I KNOW it's a known problem since the guy on the DUC had the same issue.
After two weeks - with no response here, or via email, or by phone, I'm begging you to FIX your support system. Please hire additional personnel. The wait has ALWAYS been longer than 2 days. Although two weeks is beyond good business. As frustrated as I am - the 2-3 support tickets I have been involved with over the last 3 years or more.... They HAVE been answered by knowledgeable staff.
Please check some old posts here and see how much I love your products. I really, really do.
And please see this thread to help solve whatever is going on.
OR - please suggest a better drum programming solution than my beloved STYLUS
OR - tell me it just won't ever work again.
