Do you mean 18th variation from Rapsodie on a theme of Paganini. I have a piano arrangement form Belwin Mills Music by Eichhorn or do you need full score.

just theme variation 18 when I watch Lugansky and others play this piece its no way near my sheet music (basic in the key of c)
