    Y'all,

This is my piano work with the simple title, "Tag".

Very nice, Larry. You have a way with fugal passages. I love how you weave the piece in and out of the piano and other instruments.

Charming to say the least. It is almost like playing tag (Tag... your it!) and passing the melody around the orchestra.

Yes, the game of "tag" is the thematic idea of the piece.

Thanks very much, Mr. Rich, for listening to "Tag" and commenting. I appreciate it.

    Larry,

It's a dramatic and aggressive piece.

It kind of fires you up!

    I enjoyed it sir.

Tag....Larry....you're definitely IT!! Yes! another hit.

I can't put my finger on it, but you definitely have your own unique style, which I enjoy immensely! I really dare anyone to suppress a big wide grin as they listen to your music.....it's just so delightful.

Great game of "tag", here, Larry.

According to WikiPedia, by the way, it's also
known as "it, tips, tig, touch, tiggy, tick, dobby,
chasing, chasemaster, chasey and other names".

    Much enjoyed!

    Best,

I know what you mean. I laugh at myself too.

Thank you Mr. Cass. That is high praise indeed coming from such a talented composer as yourself. I appreciate it.

    Re: "Tag"

A lot of energy that never lets up - yet doesn't get tiresome: that's quite an accomplishment, Larry! This sounded like it could be part of a larger suite; after it was over, my ear expected another movement, or series of movements. You could take that as a hint...

    Nice work!
