    Dancing Round The Chrstmas Tree

This isn't exactly what you would call seasonal music.

It's a seasonal message about hope and coming together.

The Garritan Steinway is featured here.

    Dancing Round The Christmas Tree.

This was not what I was expecting at all. Cool!!!

I wasn't in the mood for another sappy Christmas song, so I almost skipped this one and figured I would return to it another day.

The piano does such a simple little run and yet it fits so well into the underlying sturcture.

    One question though...

Just what is a Chrstmas tree?

Just gvng you a hard tme.

    Well done

I bet you were expecting Alvin and the chipmunks.

    Thanks for the comments Ron.

Not what I was expecting either, Phil... but your
distinctive flavor of sytlistic admixture comes through.
That waterfall piano motif is golden, captivating...
sometimes the simplest ideas are the ones that grab
    you the most firmly.

    Enjoyed this one, my friend.

    Phil,

I enjoyed this piece very much!

It is like a new age piece... it feels like you have taken something out
of its usual context and given it a new meaning.

It is joyful in an interesting way and I like the background sound
which gives it an extra touch.

    Well done!

I intended the title of the song to create a surprise for the listener just like when one is surprised by a Christmas gift.

I do enjoy using unlikely ingredients to create a whole and just hope it works.

    Happy you enjoyed it David.

Yes, it's the closest I've gotten to the new age genre. I also think I managed to come up with a different perspective on the styles.

I think joy is the main theme here.

    Thanks for the nice words.
