Snorlax is in Chicago at Midwest!!

    Friends...

Snorlax will again be manning the Garritan booth at the Midwest Band & Orchestra Clinic.

I have already run into Reber Clark...that set the tone for the whole excursion

    Jim,

You made it through the blizzard. I hope you give a full Euphonium report.

Make sure you you recite a limerick and do a dance for Reber!

    Hope you're having fun.

What tone would that be? Probably a bent one from my EWI/EVI!
In theory there is no difference between theory and practice, but in practice there is.

Is it windy in the Windy City? It sure is here in L.A. --- like a hurricane coming off the ocean! And Cccccold --- but not like Chicago, I'm sure.

BTW, do ya know why Chicago is called the "Windy City?" Not 'cause of the wind blowing off the lake --- Because of the wind coming out of the politicians' big mouths! Seriously!

Have fun --- Chi-Town is a great place!

That's absolutely true about the "Windy" thing. Just look at the current news to see examples!

OOh too bad, I used to attend Midwest every year. Of course, I lived 25 miles west of Chicago and took the Northwestern Train to the Chicago Train station. I do miss that show. Have a good time and meet lots of musicians, Snorlax!

Jim, it was great seeing and talking with you again at Midwest. Too bad we didn't get to Kitty O'Shea's to share some Euphonium Juice (TM EtLux Industries) but maybe next year. Here's hoping you got home safely. Merry Happy Everything!
